This transaction was made with the following conditions:

The Buyer received pick #___ of female/male puppies from the above litter.

The deposit is non refundable after 3 days from the transaction, unless the above mentioned puppy dies while in the custody of White Mountain Shepherds, before the agreed dates of pick-up by the Buyers between_____________. The deposit will also be refunded if the above mentioned puppy is diagnosed with a terminal genetic illness. In those cases the Buyer will have a choice of the deposit refund or another puppy from the White Mountain Shepherds. The deposit will be forfeited if the Buyer changes his/her mind about the purchase of the puppy after 3(three) days of the above transaction.

If the Buyer is not able to pick up the puppy on the agreed dates between _________, the White Mountain Shepherds will have the choice of reselling the puppy or charging the $10.00/day boarding fee until the puppy is picked up.
